Delete a TCG Calendar Account
This page explains how end users can delete a TCG Calendar mobile app account and the app account data connected to it.

Delete Your Account In The App
If you can access the mobile app, use the in-app deletion flow:
- Open the TCG Calendar mobile app.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account Actions.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently removes your app account, app account profile, account preferences, follows, RSVP data, and notification settings, subject to records we must keep for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.
Request Deletion Without The App
If you cannot access the mobile app, email support@tcgcalendar.ae from the email address connected to your app account and use the subject line "TCG Calendar account deletion request".
We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before deleting account-linked data. We will not ask for your password.
Apple And Google Sign-In
If you used Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, deleting your TCG Calendar account removes the app account data controlled by TCG Calendar. Apple or Google may still show TCG Calendar in your Apple Account or Google Account connected-app settings until you remove that connection there.
What Is Not Deleted
Public event, organizer, vendor, venue, sponsor, or partner records are separate from end-user mobile app accounts. Deleting a mobile app account does not remove public calendar listings or website-only admin, vendor, or organizer accounts.
