Inferno X is the second Japanese Pokémon TCG expansion in the Mega Evolution era, following the opening Mega sets. It centres on Mega Charizard X ex and its high-energy Inferno X attack, alongside new Mega Evolution ex and Pokémon ex cards, making the set notable for its Charizard-led artwork and competitive card pool.
