Raging Surf is an enhanced expansion pack and the third Japanese subset of the Scarlet & Violet era. It continues the type-shifted Tera Pokémon ex theme with Water Tera Garchomp ex and Gholdengo ex, while reintroducing Technical Machine cards, making it a reference point for collectors tracking these mechanics and featured Pokémon.
