Ruler of the Black Flame is the third main expansion in the Pokémon TCG’s Scarlet & Violet Series. It introduces Terastallized Pokémon with types different from their usual forms, led by Dark-type Charizard ex, and remains notable for its Charizard cards and illustration rares.
